Fabric Surface Treatment Workshop

Workshop Agenda
I'm calling this a workshop mostly because I'm supplying some supplies and letting the students come up with their own ideas.  I'm mostly providing some guidance and steering into the right direction, but it's really a time to experiment and mostly to have some fun.  This class just came together quickly, so that's the reason for the short notice.

Workshop Description
The workshop will meet 3 days in December, 1st,  7th & 8th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or anytime in-between.  It will costs $45 per day, and if you would like to bring your own project (home dec, clothing, t-shirts, crafts, bag, etc.) feel free to do that so you can get the project you want most.  We will meet at the Studio Gallery on Britton Road next to Johnnie's in Oklahoma City.

Some of the Supplies
I've ordered some stencils from Diane Ericson and some paints from various sources, and some blank stencil pages for us to cut out and experiment with different designs.  After looking at a lot of Marcy Tilton and Diane Ericson's things, stenciling seemed like a better technique to start with rather than the silk screening, which is also fun, but a little more involved.
